This is a very good belgian beer, its worth the money, good taste very round. Stella Artois balanced nature of the beer is fit to food in many flavors, but with no single flavor dominates. Good also to saltier dishes such as moules frites, when Stella becomes even more ingratiating. Also excellent for buffets where it combines flavors and textures to the beer balances without taking over. Stella Artois also works well with a bit stronger dishes, with friends or the precious moments.

Head with rather large bubbles disappeared rather fast and it had a somewhat limited aroma. Slightly over carbonated too. not too hoppy, not too malty but with a nice bitterness.

A decent beer. Golden and transparent, with a moderate head. Aroma is decidedly beery. Taste is malty, no bitterness, no complexity. Not spectacular, but smooth and drinkable, a nice accompaniment for dinner, lively conversation, or a sports event on TV.

The best thing about this beer is their advertising campaign. Because the beer itself is nothing special and it's over priced. The aroma and the head were the best part of this beer. Don't take me wrong I'd drink a free one but I won't buy one.

Finally got a can for review. Clear yellow with a fine white cap that quickly disappears, lots of big bubbles on the sides of the glass. Sweet and sour aroma, but not very appetizing. The dominant flavor is a mild bitterness that reminds me of muscadine, but unlike some other beers with this element, it's not particularly pleasant. Beneath the bitter is some wheatiness and a sugar sweetness, but it's not a balancing element. Not complex, not particularly interesting, Stella just has more flavor than Bud, and unfortunately that's about as much as I can say in its favor. Thin feel, carbonation too big. Profoundly overrated and not worthy of the name Belgian.

Clear pale yellow color with bubbly white foam head. Aroma is strong barley like a stronger lager. taste is typical lager, short little bittersweet aftertaste. (Velp 201210)

While waiting for a rare 35mm screening of Candyman in Toronto, I walked down King st. and looked for a place to have a few quick beers. 5$ tall boys at The Red Tomato! Not bad. Poured into glass, had a decent size head, a bit bubbly. Pale golden appearance. Good lacing. Good smooth mouthfeel. Well carbonated. Aromas a bit hoppy, wheaty. Flavours are lightly malted, hops, grains, citrus notes. Not too bad for a pre-screener, but will need to try this on tap at some point in the future.

Another average beer from the mega giant, seems like they all blend together. poured medium golden color, small head that disappeared quickly. Average beer with average taste, suggest you really cool this one done before drinking.

Stella is popular on tap and in the bottle in seafood houses in my area ...Delmarva...the Washington Baltimore Beltway uses it to impress each other when they eat raw or steamed shellfish. 40 years ago ...they drank National Bo at these events..[form your own opinion]

PERFUMY~ Not an enjoyable drink for me. Thin feel in the mouth, and thought it looked beautiful in the special glass, the flavor, aroma and overall experience fell flat for me.
