This beer is a typical representative of the category of lagers. It is made of selected primary materials - fresh water, Pilsner malt, sugar and hop - using traditional as well as modern technology. The phase of main fermentation and afterfermentation are segregated at traditional method, while the modern method merges both processes in a single phase. A longer period of afterfermentation under low temperature contributes to full lager flavour with medium intensity of bitterness. During the period of "lying", rounding of the beer taste typical for the group of lagers takes place. This sort of beer is typical for its rich and long-lasting foam. Alcohol content is minimally 4.5%, usable energy of the drink is 185 kJ/100 ml.
