This angelic White IPA leads with beautiful citrus aromas from Cascade, Centennial and Galaxy hops that meld with Belgian yeast, coriander and orange peel. The combination of herbs, and hops creates a fruity and spicy quality in the finish, while the Belgian-style yeast strains adds hints of bubblegum and clove. MALTS: Pilsner, Unmalted Wheat & Wheat HOPS: Cascade, Centennial & Galaxy COLOUR: Hazy White Gold

Bomber from BCLDB Nordel Crossing. Average looking pour, with a nearly clear gold and a brief white head. Nice nose, grapefruit forward. Mouthfeel seriously good - buttery good. Flavour not terrific - some floral hop and citrus - but still okay. Bitter citrus finish.
