The Stout has an extremely complex malt and oat flavor. It's sweet with chocolate and roast overtones. The addition of the perfect amount of brewer's oats is detectable in the smooth dry finish.

It pours oil-black with thin tan head and some lace. An aroma of roasted malts, orange/citrus, light molasses, and mild spices. The mouthfeel is smooth, rich, and full-bodied. Flavors of the roasted malts, coffee, light molasses, some mint, citrus, some nuts, and mild spices. Excellent!!

Dark pour, mild roasty aroma. Decent attempt at a dry stout. Moderate level of sweetness and an ok mouthfeel. Chocolate and oats were noticeable behind the roast. Nothing really mind-blowing about this. It irks me when brewers put mediocre beers of a "non-big beer" style into bombers, though. Why?
