Saturday Night is a modern day prohibition style beer that is easy drinking any night of the week. It pours a nice straw to gold colour and completes the package with a thin white head.

Poor choice of beer for breakfast after a hard 12 hr night shift. Poor choice of beer any time. Not really enjoying this but I will persevere. Grain and yeast with a bit of sourness.

Pours a hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Warm cap, kind of fizzy, leaves quickly enough, but the lacing is full, foamy and sticky. Smells like Sleeman Cream Ale at first pour, but then it changes. Mild fruity malts and this leaf hop aromas. This grassy hop also transfers to the taste, giving some kind of burnt wood feel. The fruity malts do balanced out things, but overall, the hop used in this one is not the best.

Pours a fairly large foamy, bubbly white head that dissipates to a thin layer and has a clear golden amber appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of light bready malts, a bit grainy and some earthy hops. Flavours are a bit sweet, has notes of barley malts, grains. Also has a bit of a peaty and woodsy finish. Has a nice smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Average retention. Medium carbonation. Not too bad.

Beer pours a translucent dark gold with a generous foamy head that actually lasts. The aroma is very grainy with notes of yeast and floral hops. The mouthfeel is medium to light bodied with average carbnonation. The flavour is very grainy with earthy and yeasty notes. Better than Sleeman's Cream Ale for sure.
