Amber colour, small white head. Ginger in aroma along with some lemony hints. Also spices. Flavour is mint, ginger and crap. Barely drinkable at all. Bitter? Yeah right...

Not a guge fan of St Peter's beers, however this is one worth trying. Pours straw coloured as with most of their beers, which use a base brew which is then flavoured with whatever. Good blend of ingredients, neither lemon nor ginger dominate. However there is very little taste besides these two.

What a unique beer this one is! The aroma does indeed have a slight (VERY slight) hint of citrus, but it and the ginger are more evident in the taste. Colour is nothing spectacular, but overall a lovely one to drink. Also, the bottle is a beauty, being a reproduction of a 1770's flask-shaped oval bottle.
