2017 Quebec beer run, enjoyed at Cafe Boheme in Tadoussac on their closing day (for the season). Pours a cloudy golden-amber colour with a warm cap, good retention and loads of dirty lacing. Pine and grapefruit aromas with light caramel. The mouthfeel is slick, oily with decent mild dryness in the finish. Fruity malt taste with lots of grassy hops. A nice strong bitter IPA.
