Comes out of the tap a dark, hazy amber - not what I expected from this style, and very appetizing! I didn’t get much head, but this must have been an artifact of the pour - and the palest tan head does leave some generous lacing. Strong, wheaty aroma has yeasty, malty and fruity sub-notes. Texture has good body and good fizz. A delightfully different and refreshing hefe!
