Clean, golden-amber colour with a warm light-beige head that is frothy, long lasting and leaves a few lacing spots. The spices come out instantly in the nose with more ginger over the cinnamon, and the base of fruity malts. The taste is fruitier than spicy - kind of watered down. A bit of the spices linger on the tongue. Gets a little hazy as it pours. Almost more of a light amber ale with a touch of spice.

The beer pours a light copper colour with a weak bubbly head. The aroma is gingerbread, cinnamon, grains, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grains, light ginger, light yeast, and a tangy finish.
