Pours slightly hazy topaz with a thick and frothy, though not long-lasting, eggshell head. Aroma yields strawberry from here to Ultima Thule, sweet and juicy, a little tart, with an underpinning of raw malt. Flavor delivers tangy, sweet strawberry plus raw malt and a bit of yeast. Texture provides fair body and peppy fizz. Straw-bury your thirst with a glass.
