Our contemporary saison, Loving Cup, was boldly dry hopped with Simcoe hops providing intense passion fruit and woody aromas. We combined various yeasts, including a distinctively earthy wild strain, Brettanomyces Trois, to give this brew a funky pineapple flavor and slightly tart finish. We were looking for a beautiful buzz, and Loving Cup showed us the way.

Pours hazy golden with a nice eggshell head. Aroma has firm sour fruit and woody hop notes. Flavor has bold sour fruit, yeasty and hay tones with malty and pine hoppy hints. Texture has typical body but lively fizz, leaving a pine and sour fruit finish. Gotta love this cup!
