New beer, new company lets see... aromas of tart fruits, hay, earth, and yeasts. Body is a hazy orange/ copper with a nice thick head that has setteled int a moderate sized one, not much lace though. Flavor of sweet toasty malts, the tartness is there just not so noticeable, yeasts, some fruit, no trace of booze. Mouth is slightly sticky a bit chewy, nice smooth finish, mellow aftertaste of fruit and sweet malt. Overall not your regular saison, but drinkable, kinda interesting, ehh not bad.
