Second beer from this new brewer. Aroma started off kinda strange with a mix of funk, bread and fermenting fruits. As it warms the odd funkiness disapates leaving a bready, fruity hints upfront, putting the odd funk in the back.Body is a very hazy yellow pear with hints of orange, the head was thick and frothy but is setteling into a thin fizzy cap. Flavors center around bready malts with some Belgian yeasts for fruit notes, along with some spices, much better than the aroma let on. Mouthfeel is light and super fizzy, finish is slightly dry.
