We obviously have a thing for The Wizard of Oz. Because, because of the wonderful things it does. German Hefeweizens are man’s best friend though. It is brewed with German wheat and German barley and German hops. But it’s the special German yeast strain that adds the wonderful banana and clove character. And it goes so well with pizza.

Comes out of the tap hazy golden with a thick ivory head. Crisp, wheaty aroma has citrus and banana notes. Crisp wheaty flavor definitely has a banana note, plus hints of hops and spice. Texture is thin but lively. Barkin’ good!
