Slow Slow is a ripe, fruity IPA with a nice bitterness. Lots of fresh citrus, mango, and papaya flavours. As with all our beers, this was brewed with 100% Ontario malts.

Can under pressure, creating a big white fluffy head that lasts so long. So slow, slow to get to the first sip. Lightly hazy, golden colour with an orange highlight, and lots of thick soapy lacing patches left. Big orange juice nose with some hints of tropical fruits. Juicy, wet mouthfeel with some mild drying in the end. Fruity flavours with a tad grassiness to cut the sweetness. Very active carbonation keeping the head up, the whole time. Maybe a touch of biscuit malt and oats to balance the taste. An easy-drinking, fruity, juicy IPA that is refreshing, as not too thick.
