Bottled@Sundsvall BF 2010. Pale yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is honey, some nectary notes as well as mild birch sappy notes. Flavour is honey, some lavendel, mild nectar as well as some mild herbal notes. Wellbalanced.

Clear, yellow colored. Bubbles bounce in the body. The aromas of homey as I will find, the taste is subtle. There’s a definite dryness that imparts a nice crispness. In these characteristics it seems more like a wine. The alcohol, present heats the mouth with each sip.
