A copper ale bursting with fresh, undisturbed hop character. Juicy wet-hops carefully selected by the Mad Scientists make SENSI HARVEST a unique delicacy available only at harvest time.

Comes out of the growler a clear, appetizing amber with a fairly thick and frothy eggshell head. Strong aroma is hoppy like an IPA and yeasty like a saison, with a nice fruity underpinning that includes Mandarin orange and pear. Flavor has a strong evergreen bite riding atop a fruity and yeasty base - definitely a beer for sipping and savoring. Lively texture leaves an evergreen hoppy finish and a bit of fruit. Harvest one!

One of the better new session IPAs coming to market. Wet hops give it that fresh flavor. Mild on the malt, but @ 50 IBUs there is a good amount of bitter. Relatively bold West Coast flavors for a session IPA. Light copper to goldish appearance. Brewer's descriptions states "Copper Ale", and I've seen this on other sites rated as APA and Session IPA. I say Session fits the best description.
