An experimental DIPA using Centennial bittering and Cryo Simcoe & Amarillo in whirlpool and dry hop. Taking an NE/Hazy approach, Aphelion B is juicy af but pours clear and finishes somewhat dry from the California Ale yeast. Light, refreshing, and deceptively strong, expect a juice-packed IPA with loads of sweet papaya flavors

Pours clear topaz with a good parchment head. Aroma delivers resiny hops, citrus, tropical tones. Flavor supplies piney hops, rich orange with tangerine and a little grapefruit, pineapple and mango underpinnings. Texture provides good firm body and lively fizz. See you at Aphelion.
