Charles (The Father) A Georgia Tech Chemical Engineering grad fresh out of college, Charles headed to Colorado to work for BIG BEER (the likes of which won't be named). Fascinated with the science of brewing, a seed was planted. After changing industries and zip codes, his dream of owning a brewery remained. Thrilled when his son took up home-brewing, the dream only grew. Just days into his retirement from a successful career in fiber optics, Charles was ready to hit the ground running on a place of his own. ? Clay (The Son) An Atlanta-area native, Clay followed in his dad's footsteps, but not as an engineer. Once out of school, he moved to Colorado where he became a ski-bum and discovered his love for craft beer. Brewing out of his house, the weekend warrior had a dream of his own. After moving back to North Georgia and spending nearly a decade as a fireman, Clay needed a change in life. With an ambitious, one-track mind, he set his sights on a brewery of his own.
