This is not your grandmother's saison! Unless she likes tea, in which case she's gonna dig it. This beer was brewed with heaps of Oolong mango tea. Spicy phenolics on the nose give way to biscuity malts. The tea addition adds fun, dynamic layers of flavour to the saison. Mild tannins close out the finish.
