On commence la semaine avec le retour de cette India Pale Ale houblonnée avec du Mosaic, du El Dorado, du Ekuanot et du Sabro. Une fois dans sa roulotte qui paraît plus grande à cause de son choix de couleurs claires, Emilio Estevez y a décelé des arômes herbacés, boisés et une touche de noix de coco… Les caractéristiques de ces quatre houblons s’expriment en force et se traduisent parfaitement dans le goût de la bière!

Hazy golden colour with a smaller off-white frothy-bubbly head, average retention and minimal lacing. Lemon zest aromas with a blend of orange. After breathing, coconut notes come out, balancing things a little further. Flavours of citrus zest, some bitterness, grassiness and not overly dry in the finish. Hints of coconut, but not as much as the nose. A decent, juicy IPA with more zestiness, without the dryness.
