On retourne aux sources avec notre toute première itération de notre classique IPA faite avec beaucoup d'avoine et un peu de lactose! La Amsterdam, NY (Chapitre 1) est doublement houblonnée avec notre propre sélection de Citra en plus de sa touche de lactose habituelle. Au nez, le parfum du Citra se fait bien sentir avec ses notes agrumées qui évoquent le pamplemousse tandis que, en bouche, une amertume dank se fait sentir d'emblée avant de laisser place à la rondeur apporté par le lactose. Attention, cette bière met l'eau à la bouche!

Hazy, golden colour with an amber hue, a white cap, average stay and some decent, thin lacing spots. Citrus aromas, but some good grassy hops blending away. Oats, melons and mild lactose fills up the rest. Tropical fruits come out in the flavours, over the citrus zest and juice. Quite a nice 100% Citra Oat Cream IPA that is very juicy, refreshing, with lots going on for a solo hop.
