Sinebrychoff Kaura is blond, non-filtered bottom yeast beer, made by combining two rarely used malts, barley and oat. The product has been seasoned with a hint of honey. The taste of Kaura is fresh and fruity and a little sweet, due to the addition of honey. The aftertaste is long and softly refreshing. Honey-oat beer is best when served at a temperature of 8-12 degrees. As it is non-filtered, honey-oat beer contains more Betaglucane (a soluble fibre necessary for digestion) than other beers. Kaura honey-oat beer contains over 1000 mg/l of the fibre, when the average amount in beer is 50 mg/l. Original gravity: 11 %Pl, Colour: 10,5 EBC.

Bottled. Hazy yellow, foamy head. Honey and a bit of alcohol in aroma. Honeyish caramellish sweet flavour. Something between oily and sticky mouthfeel.
