La Cascade DH (Doublement Houblonnée) est une version houblonnée à froid de notre célèbre Cascade India Pale Américaine. Le houblonnage à froid, ou «Dry-Hop» en anglais, ajoute un immense bouquet de houblon très frais, aux arômes généreusement fruités rappelant le pamplemousse. Produite en quantité limitée afin d’en assurer la fraîcheur.

Pours a mildly hazy amber colour with a warm frothy cap, good retention and lots of dirty lacing. Grapefruit aromas with other citrus (oranges mostly) and caramel malt. Not crazy bitter in the mouth, and mildly dry mouthfeel. Light citrus zest taste and hints of wood. Pretty close to their original version, but the hops seems better blended with this one.
