Après une ballade en Blanche jument sur les hauts de Samer, prenez un moment pour vous désaltérer. Cette bière d'été, légèrement acidulée, aux céréales houblonnées, va régaler le palais des gourmets. Une promenade en cheval qu'on appelle le Boulonnais est aussi rafraîchissante qu'une bière de Samer. Ses saveurs d'agrumes lui donnent un côté rafraîchissant et désaltérant. Sa légèreté nous montre là toute son authenticité.

750 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original Silvacius designed glass an unfiltered hazy golden-yellow coloured Witbier with half a finger slight beige foamy head that had a short retention and plenty of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is moderate wheaty malts, straw, aciditic fruits, citrus. The flavour is wheaty malts, aciditic fruits, citrus, flowery, violet and herbal notes, mint. The mouthfeel is fizzy, sparkling and quite thin. This light bodied Witbier has a dry fruity finish. An easy drinkable and tasting Witbier.
