Saint Florian, the Patron Saint of Firefighters, is now a Northwest IPA . A portion of Saint Florian’s proceeds will go to a Washington State Council of Firefighters benevolent fund. Silver City Brewery has a long standing partnership & tradition of working with our local Firefighters. The Benevolent Fund supports firefighters and their families as well as the general public, in their time of need. Saint Florian IPA uses Washington grown Cascade & Columbus hops that are boldly citrus, floral and piney. What better way to enjoy a truly local handcrafted IPA than knowing you are supporting those that keep us safe. Cheers to you and Cheers to Firefighters everywhere! From Haggen (Burlington). Dark orange pour, slight haze, under a fluffy white head. Small ring left behind. Aroma of citrus, hops, malts, and pine resin. Flavour was citrus, hops, pine, plus some alcohol, yet no malt. Mouth a bit thin to start but improved as we went along. Very bitter bite at the finish. Nice effort.
