Pours out in a hazy reddish brown colour with a low firm beige foam. Spicy aroma of juniper, licorice roots and cloves with notes of yeast, fudge and toated malts. Medium to full-bodied with yeasty notes of cloves, sweet licorice, mild juniper and mild Seville oranges with roasted undertones. Rather warming finish of yeast, dough, coriander, juniper and cinnamon. Quite wierd, had more hopes for this.

Bottled@Man In The Moon, Stockholm. Deep amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is a bunch of spices with coriander being the most evident one. Also caramel malts, mild fudge as well as some mild liquorice and bananas. Flavour is fruity, liquoricy, spicy, mildly yeasty as well as a bit caramel/fudgelike notes. Very pleasant winterbeer.
