White Keys is a flavoursome 4.7% hefeweizen with hits of blackcurrant and lemon thyme – perfect for the lighter nights and mellowing weather. Following its runaway success last year, White Keys is now a recurring fixture in Signature Brew's annual brewing calendar… and returns for 2018 with an extra twist. It’s said the white keys on a piano reflect the happy moments in life, with that in mind White Keys now delivers balanced hits of blackcurrant and lemon thyme to accompany and enhance its classic Hefeweizen styling. The results are pleasingly cloudy… and pink! The beer is fermented at a cooler temperature to develop sophisticated clove notes. Delicious served cold.
