The Majestic was a wooden passenger and a package freight propeller built in 1895 at Collingwood. It launched April 23, 1895. With 800 passengers aboard, she took part in ceremonies at the opening of the Canadian Zoo Canal, September 7, 1895. She mostly operated in the Georgian Bay Mackinac Island route. Unfortunately, she was destroyed by fire in Sarnia, December 15, 1915. At 6.1% all./vol. Side launch Majestic Saison is quite fruity with a moderate banana nose, flavours of banana, orange and clove and some light peppery spice.
