The pleasing complexity of this limited edition brew comes from the interplay between the roasted nutty undertones of Crystal, Chocolate and Black malts and the sweetness of orange blossom honey. Balance is achieved by the addition of Warrior and Tettnang hops. Ample body and smooth mouth feel enhance drinkabilty. Don't get stung and miss this one! 6.25% alcohol by volume.

Dark brown with a small disappearing tan head. Aroma of milky chocolate, toasted malts, dark chocolate and heather. Nuts and chocolate sauce in the flavour. Light body. Nuts, heather and Coffee in the medium bitter finish. A bit too clean but still ok.

Bottled. Deep amber colour with huge beige fluffy head. Aroma is roasted malts, some nuts and coffee. Flavour is honey, roasted malts, some mild hops and coffee. Quite harsh hoppy finish and aftertaste with some really dry ashyness.
