Our latest is our Captain’s Orders Hopfenweizen! A traditional take on the classic Hopfenweizen hybrid style. Made up of 50/50 German Pale to Wheat malts and hopped with Magnum and Hallertau Blanc, then lightly dry hopped with Amarillo. Upfront aromas of banana and clove with a hint of mixed citrus make this medium bodied brew both refreshing without lack of flavour. This was a first brew by our own 1st mate of the tap room, Shawn D’Eon; with some captains orders from brewmaster Kellye Robertson of course!
