A hazy IPA with a developed grain bill with extra love and focus on wheat (more than 40 % of the total) for an extra sunny, fluffy and soft palate and mouthfeel. For hops it was easy for us - we both love Nectaron hops which we boost with Rakau and a small amount of beautiful Nelson Sauvin. Jocke (Unibärsum) has consistently been brewing high quality beers, but over the last two years I have been more than impressed in the steps he has taken. Some of their releases have been on my favorite beers of the year list and the haze game is strong. A great kind person we just had to ask if he wanted to bless us with a collab. Please enjoy.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Herbarium, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Hazy yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of citrus, yellow stonefruits and tropical fruits, also notes of pine and spruce. Citric flavour, notes of said fruits, a hint of pine needles, low bitterness. Nice beer.
