pours a nice golden color, little fine bubbled carbonation and a very light haze. Whopping huge rocky head which melts like snow, very slowly. The aroma is lemon zest, green herbs like sage, tarragon, rosemary, mint and parsley. Belgian yeasts, all dance in a balanced fashion and are subtle and not overwhelming. The taste is a wonderful balance of the herbs and Belgian yeasts. Light sweet, light bitter, perfectly refreshing and light herbal beer. The mouth feel is light body, medium low carbonation. Very refreshing!
