Ebony in color with a decadent creamy head. Our blend of dark roasted malt and dark chocolate, married with Cascade and Nugget hops, combine for a subtly sweet, hoppy and luxurious finish.

I drank this recently at the Oregon Garden Brewfest. I stopped by the Seven Brides brewery the day after the event, since it's in the same town as the garden, and found out that this beer won the Peoples' Choice award at the brewfest. Mine was dark black with a little brown foam. Chocolate aroma was nice. Medium body and goes down easy. Fairly simple, but good. I'm sure the fact that it was chocolate helped garnish a lot of votes from the ladies!
