Our next interpretation of a post-modern West Coast Style IPA. We took the malt base of our ‚Paranoid Android’ and switched the hop varieties. Kettle- & dry-hopped with an unreasonable amount of El Dorado Cryo, mighty Talus T90 and backed up by very fresh german grown Hallertauer Chinook Nectar. And this time we fermented this clean, crisp & bitter-slapping bad boy with a traditional west coast yeast only to let the unique hop combo shine!

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Deep golden to orange colour, only slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Aroma of orange marmalade and floral hops, hints of pine. The flavour is fairly dry, but has a sufficient malt base to support the Seville orangey, grapefruity and piney hops and the distinctly bitter finish / aftertaste.
