Ein nicht zu dunkles Schwarzbier mit malzigen Charakter. Vollmundig und sanft, urig und süffig, nicht nur bei Raubrittern begehrt. Erhältlich in der 0,5l-Flasche und im Fass. Hergestell aus den Zutaten : weiches Brauwasser aus eigener Quelle, Gerstenmalz aus einheimischen Anbau sowie Doldenhopfen aus Spalt und der Hallertau.

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Schlossbrauerei Schwarzbacher Vase a clear and mahogany-dunkel coloured D L with a one finger beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, caramel notes, fruity, plums. The flavour is roasted malts, notes of caramel and nuts, a hint of dark chocolate, light hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is round and thin. The texture is watery. This light bodied Dunkel has a dry malty finish. Lacking of stuff, this Dunkel brewed in Thüringen offered poor fun.
