Traditionally from England, or Pale-Ale is an Australian Pale-Ale. Top-fermented, unfiltered like the Wheat-beer, the yeast is a different one, that produces totally different flavours. It is also hopped very different, with a very nice aroma-hops from East Kent. Our Pale-Ale is different from Coopers, as ours is richer in flavour and body and also bitterer.
