Pours a clean golden-amber colour with very tiny particle floating all around. The head seems creamy giving out some good lacing. Vinegar aromas with a little sweetness from the fruits, yeast. The taste is a little sour, but the passion fruits blends things. Becomes quite cloudy as you pour. Some caramel comes out as well, in the nose and flavours. Seems better than most Schoune brews, but still, nothing Belgian.
