Bottle: Poured a cloudy dark beige color ale with a foamy slightly off-white head with average retention. Aroma of weak malt with some funky Belgian yeast. Taste is a mix between some dry malt with some sour notes (probably slightly infected) and a weird funky finish. Body is above average with some average carbonation. This is an interesting beer from a so-so brewer but it is generally lacking in character to make this worthwhile.

This light copper belgian ale is rather disappointing...Lack of flavor, too light on malt leaves a watery feeling...Could be refreshing during summer but definitely not suited as a christmas beer...

Pours a hazy caramel-orange colour with a milky head. Decent lace and low retention. Nice coat of 2mm over the brew though. The nose is not that pleasant. The same sourness that I found in many other beer Schoune make. Same for the taste... is it outdated, or the yeast they use ? Which ever one, I am not a fan of it.
