The first day of class is always kind of funky when you are just finding out what's up! This beer is no different. French for Season, a Saison is meant to be brewed differently in each season. This summer session, Schoolhouse used a C2C American Farmhouse yeast. It's a coast-to-coast blend of one saison strain from a famous Northeast U.S. brewery and one Brettanomyces strain from a Northwest U.S. brewery. The blend results in a fast developing fruity and funky farmhouse ale.
