Light-colored, crystal clear, this beer has a fine-pored head that adheres well to the glass. It has a fresh, top-fermented, strongly fruity aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, sparkling, clean and full-bodied. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

500 ml bottle, as Schneider Weisse Tap 2 Mein Kristall, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 5.3%. Crystal clear pale golden colour, moderate white head. Fairly distinct aroma of banana and cloves, also notes of hay. The flavour is fairly dry for a wheat beer, with some citrus and cloves, hints of banana, but rather bland compared to the brewery’s hefeweizens.

Shared with Dean @ Caspar. When it comes to weissen I like this style the best. Clear, golden yellow, white foam Fruity aroma, indeed banana. Fruity taste, lasting. (Arnhem 201502)

Bottled (from Alko). Goldeb colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, mild fruits as well as some mild sweet maltyness. Flavour is wheat, mild fruityness as well as some wooden and earthy notes. Quite pleasantly balanced.

Pale gold, yellow. Thick white, whipped head. Wheat malt aroma, touch of vanilla, green citrusy fruit smells, and a hint of a hop note. Can't smell any clove or other signature aromas of this style. Taste is subdued wheat, some toastiness. Not very complex. Good thirst quencher, but not remarkable. Moderate carbonation, but body quite light... slips away fairly quickly... gives the impression of a creaming soda or similar. I'm not overly impressed with this.
