As the first ‘cold moon’ in 38 years hung happily in the night sky, two friends collaborated on creating some magic. The Cold winter air nipped at their noses, but the glow from the luminous full moon warmed the cockles of their hearts. The result is a magical 8.0% German Weizenbock, full of delicious, plumy, raisiny goodness brewed in the tradition of one of their favourite ales. The friends imagined the joy it would bring during the deepest, darkest, depths of winter. So crack open a can of this special brew and feel the love in each heartwarming sip!

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours barely any head whatsoever. Has a dark brown appearance. Weak lacing. Aromas of spices, sweet malts. Flavours are mostly sweet malts, spices, some roasted malt notes. Has a nice subtle warming sensation on the palate.

Enjoyed on tap at the Loon. Pours a hazy dark brown colour with a minimal head and lacing. Dark fruit aromas (raisins, plums) with candy notes. Sour tasting start with the wheat finish giving out some bananas. Also, candy in the middle. Nice texture, slightly tarty-sandy. One of the most interesting, different and delicious Weizenbock I have tried so far.
