A light 4.5% Summer saison made with fresh lemon zest and pink peppercorns. We’ve dubbed this bright & breezy beauty a “picnic table saison”. Citrusy aromas lead into a light, bready Pilsner malt body with a fresh peppery zip to finish it all off.

Enjoyed on tap at the Loon. Pours a hazy light yellow colour with a white cap and some dirty lace. Nice Belgian Ale yeast with Saison hops. Same refreshing taste notes with hints of citrus, but the aftertaste is short. Becomes grainy with time. Refreshing mouthfeel with a little tart. Pretty good, but lacking a better finish.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours a good size frothy white head and dissipates to a thin layer. Has a hazy golden yellowish appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of citrus and grassy hops. Flavours are quite hoppy, grassy and piney type hops. Has a bit yeasty notes and wheats. Has a little bit of a sour like finish on the palate. Good retention. Average carbonation. Very good.
