Good clear sparkling yellow pale appearance. Aroma is somewhat off but acceptable. Crisp and refreshing with that typical pilsner bitter bite. S4L2F3T4o10 Saranac Bohemian pilsner

One of Sranac's best offerings. A nice pilsner with well balanced bitterness. a crisp taste and great drinkablity. This holds up with foods like wings and greek salad. A truly well balanced beer that I hope the will carry year round

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz bottle into a pint glass Appearance: It had a small white head that slowly fades and leaves some nice lace behind on the glass. The body has a light pale golden color with crystal clarity and viable carbonation. Smell: The aroma is light clean and simple with floral hop character. Taste/Mouth feel: It has a crisp taste with a mild biscuity dry malt flavor and floral hops that bring pleasant bitterness. It finishes fairly clean with light bitterness. The palate is light to medium bodied with good carbonation and a vibrant texture. Notes: This is a new brew for Saranac and a new addition to there Winter mixed 12 pack.
