This single hop IPA is brewed using only Mosaic hops. These distinctive American hops contribute subtle front notes of pineapple & Mandarin orange along with hints of eucalyptus. Thee delicate notes are complemented by the sweetness of the malt. Growing Region: Yakima Valley, WA.

May be my least favorite of the deconstruction. Even though I think could be the most bitter of the group...not as clean and balanced by the fruity notes or the light malt. I guess what I am saying is that this single-malt version could use extra hops to offset the mosaic. Still, it may be slightly better than the reg Lat 48 cause of the feel.
