While we’ve devoted most of our time and attention to delivering flavorful beers that do justice to the unique flavors of the five Noble hops, we wanted to brew a beer that leverages the first of the six noble gases – Helium. HeliYUM takes advantages of the properties of Helium for a truly remarkable brew that has an incredibly light mouthfeel, a brilliant clarity, and allows the other ingredients to really shine through.

Eep, op, ork, a-ha.............it's ok to eat fish, cause they don't have any feelings. Nothing in the way of this offering, but it did leave me quite gassy.

Appearance is an inviting golden color under a peculiar head that seems to float above the glass. The aroma is also strange, it reminds me of a child's balloon. I was disappointed most by the mouth-feel, which was so light and airy as to be undetectable on my tongue. The two-row malts rescue the flavor which is a gas. HeliYUM is hella-yum! Better hurry, I hear this beer is only available today, April 1st...
