This bright, fruity wheat ale is unfiltered, retaining a natural haze from malt proteins, crisp, bright flavors of wheat, and fresh, fruity ester complexity from our proprietary ale yeast. Accentuated with Noble Spalt-Spalter hops, Samuel Adams Hefeweizen has an elegant and pleasant bitterness, finishing smooth and clean.

Nothing too out of the ordinary here. A bit hazy orange/yellow. Light-medium body. Citrus aroma and taste, a bit yeasty and a little sweet. Good beer and easy to drink.

Pours an orangish yellow with thick off white head. Has a bitter spicy aroma, along with taste. Very smooth beer for a hefe!

Poured classic hazy straw to orange color with decent off white head. Good hefe aroma with sweet malts, grain malts, bits of wheat and some yeast notes hidden too far in the background for the style. The flavor is mostly grainy malts that seem more like corn flakes. Not really a hefe trait that I know of. It also has the malt sweetness and wheat notes just as advertised in the aroma. OK tasting beer.

Creamy pour. An off white mild yellow cloudy appearance. Tasted as good as any other hefeweizen, but certainly american in nature. Better than Penn’s. Not bitter on the finish.

I got this as part of a flavor pack but its fruity flavorings and aroma did not make me want to try again. It did pour well with a frothy head though....

Pours a hazt golden color, but lacking just a bit in the head and wheatiness compared to other hefes. Nice fruitiness and hints of corriander. Lighter than most hefes, but a very enjoyable and drinkable beer.

Was ok for a Hef. Nothing special, but overall enjoyable. Got it in a variety pack, but don't think I'd buy on it's own. Would be good lawnmower beer versus some swilly stuff.

not quite as exciting or refreshing as their summer beer, but not bad. it's fairly typical of the style in it's aroma and flavor. Not too much more to add.

This beer poured a light golden color with a bit of haze. Small white head that disappeared pretty quick. The aroma is full of yeast, fresh bread maybe a sour dough. Medium mouth feel. The brew was quite tasty--a good sour wheat flavor. Overall--I'd buy it again.

This beer poured a cloudy golden color with a tall white head that remained for some time. It had a floral sweet aroma with a nice and balanced malty flavor. Very nice.
