A deep black colored beer with a big frothy textured, light brown colored head. There's decent hang time on the head. It settles into a thin ringlet. The profile is not intense but like Goldilocks would seek, 'just right'. Rich creamy, chocolate, roastiness. Full bodied. Totally enjoyed it.
