For this double ipa, we teamed up with our friends at Marlobobo, known for their world-class meads and hoppy beers. We aimed for the the classic combination of pineapple and coconut, using vic secret hops for pineapple and sabro hops for coconut. For good measure, we conditioned the beer on toasted, coconut before canning.

On tap at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal, Stavanger. Cloudy yellow colour, moderate white head. Okay aroma of pineapple and coconut. The flavour is also fruity, but some would say that there is too much coconut here.
