Taking a stroll down memory lane, back in 2017, we crafted an IPA named "It's All About Citra & Mosaic", drawing inspiration from the soft and pillowy IPAs brewed on the East Coast of the US. Today, we brush the dust off the old techniques and the recipe we used, revisiting one of the beers that played a pivotal role in shaping our brewery into what it is today. Cheers!

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Opaque yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of yellow plums, peaches and apricots, hints of citrus and tropical fruits. Flavour with the same elements, not too sweet, with a moderate bitterness in the finish.
